Project goals
Project partners from Lithuania, Latvia, Norway, Slovenia, Austria, Italy, Spain and Portugal lead by the European Ministries of Education together with several universities and teams of experts in education and mental well-being to address European education priorities and shape new and effective policies for teachers’ career development, improvement of teaching, and school education quality.
The issues
Teacher stress and burnout are the issues that have been found in different countries and are a strain on teachers' health, schools, and educational systems across Europe.

Instead of passive learning, the team strives for an engaging and interactive learning course that allows the participants to be fully immersed in the storyline.
New and effective policies
We seek to address European education priorities and shape new and effective policies for teachers' career development, improvement of teaching, and school education quality.
