In the Online Wellbeing Course (OWC), we link a Learning Management System with Virtual Campus online.
OWC is a game-based learning course, which weaves content around an interactive dynamic. This allows teachers to learn while playing, exploring, discovering at their own pace, and ensuring comprehension is effective.

Demand

Teacher shortages, stress, and burnout are serious concerns for all the project countries. The governments feel the need to address policies related to the preparation, recruitment, and retention of high-quality teachers and look for new evidence-based solutions to improve teachers’ professional wellbeing.

Expectations

The “Teaching to be” project is expected to provide evidence and support project Ministries in their efforts to improve teachers working conditions, professional development policies and create conditions that secure teachers’ professional wellbeing.

Online Teacher Professional Wellbeing Course;

A mixed-methods intervention study, that integrates quasi-experimental and participatory action research methods;

Participatory Action Research (PAR) Guide for School Wellbeing;

Three scientific publications;

Final (Public) Project Report and Policy Recommendations.
