5th, 8th, and 10th of March, 2021

The first international meeting: Project Kick-off meeting took place online where more than 50 participants from ministries of education, educational practice centers, research institutions, and schools gathered together to hear about the project.

During the first day, project partners and other stakeholders analyzed various perspectives of teacher professional wellbeing: prof. P.h.D Vilma Žydžiūnaitė (Lithuania) shared the standpoint of higher Education, Tron Rekstad (Norway) presented the perspective of teacher training, and Fernando Manuel Alexandre summarized the perspective of policy shaping. The day was finished by an inspiring Key-note presentation, by professor Marco Ferreira, from ISEC Lisboa.

The second and third days were organized only for project partners, where the team had a chance to discuss and plan further project actions.
